The 23 HP Kohler has plenty of power for my 2-acre yard and the hydrostatic pedal is so smooth. Cruise control on the long straight passes is a huge bonus.
The 46-inch deck leaves a beautifully even cut and the tight turning radius means I hardly ever have to back up around trees.
Cast-iron front axle and steel frame feel bulletproof. Starts on the first turn every time even after sitting a couple weeks.
Runs great and pulls my small dump cart with no problem. Only nit is I wish it had a cup holder — small thing though.
Compared it to two other brands at the dealer and the XT1 was clearly a step up in build quality. The push-button PTO and cruise make long jobs easy on the legs.
My yard has some noticeable slope and the LT46 tracks straight and holds the line perfectly. Very impressed with the stability.
